Blast in India Killed and wounded more than 100


At least 22 people have been killed and as many as 100 injured in an explosion at a coal-fired power plant, northern India’s Uttar Pradesh state police say.
A state police chief, Anand Kumar, said in a video statement, the factory was illegally operation, having non-standard activities.
According to him, the inured people are in critical condition and the number of casualties may increase.

The blast was so powerful that the factory building was completely destroyed and nearby houses have been seriously damaged, according to eye witnesses.
The incident took place Wednesday night, a day before the celebration of Diwali.
Many of the factories in India are operating illegally and without obeying security affairs
