The Afghan government is skeptical about the Moscow summit and does not believe it would be held on 1st Nov. 2018.
“there is no agreement with Russian officials on how and when to hold Moscow summit,” said foreign ministry spokesman Sebghatullah Ahmadi on Tuesday night.
Earlier, Afghanistan High Peace Council (HPC) said that Moscow summit will be held at the end of this month.

Moscow summit is debatable for the Afghan government, but the talks of Afghan officials with their Russian counterpart have not yielded any results so far.
Debates on the summit ongoing, but apparently there is no tangible progress.

The Afghan government is said to take stance in line with Washington policy and against Moscow.
