I’d be honored to meet Kim Jong Un, Trump says

President Donald Trump says that he would be willing to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un “under the right circumstances.”
According to (DID) news agency report, yesterday, the U.S president said that he would be willing to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un “under the right circumstances.”
“If it would be appropriate for me to meet with him, I would absolutely, I would be honored to do it,” Trump told Bloomberg News in an interview Monday. Quoted from (Radio Farda).
Donald Trump did not offer more explanation about his conditions to meet with the leader of North Korea; but White House press secretary Sean Spicer, however, said later on Monday that the US would first need to see changes in North Korean behavior before a potential sit-down.
“Clearly, the conditions are not ready right now,” Spicer said.
“I doubt that would happen in the near future,” the spokesperson added.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump had expressed willingness to meet with Kim Jong Un, leader of North Korea since taking office; but simultaneously his administration has insisted that North Korea must put aside its nuclear program. As cited (Reuters).
Tensions have sharply increased in Korea’s peninsula and recently, America has deployed THAAD, anti-missile defense system in South Korea to deal with North Korea’s actions.
