Russia: We Will Cooperate with Taliban to Combat ISIS

DIDPress: Zamir Kabulov, Russia’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, announced Moscow’s full readiness to collaborate with the Taliban in the fight against ISIS-Khorasan.

Zamir Kabulov, President Putin’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, emphasized that ISIS-Khorasan poses a threat to regional security and is a common enemy of both Moscow and Kabul.

According to him, Russia is prepared to provide all forms of technical and security support in this regard.

He also mentioned the potential acceptance of an Afghan ambassador in Russia, which could pave the way for broader cooperation.
