10,000 Returnee Migrants to Be Employed in Herat Industrial Park

DIDPress: Local administration of western Herat Province announced plans to absorb 10,000 returnee migrants into various sectors of the province’s industrial park.

With the increasing number of migrants returning from Iran and Pakistan, Herat officials have said that efforts to create job opportunities for returnees are now underway.

During a meeting attended by relevant department officials, it was decided to establish the necessary capacity to employ 10,000 returnees in Herat’s industrial park.

Authorities emphasized that the initiative aims to alleviate economic pressures on returnees and facilitate their reintegration into society.
