Mujahid: No Threat Can Shake Afghanistan’s Security

DIDPress: Spokesperson of Afghanistan caretaker Government said that Afghan security forces, alongside the people, are fully prepared to defend the country, leaving no room for concern.

“No internal or external threat can undermine the country’s security,” underlined Zabihullah Mujahid, the caretaker Government’s spokesperson.

Referring to Afghanistan’s historical record of resisting global powers, he said that “our people have resisted superpower invasions twice in the past four decades – once against the Soviets, the second time against the Americans. Such pressure could have erased any other country from the world map, but Afghanistan still stands firm.”

“The continuation of these wars only harms oppressed people, particularly in Gaza. We demand an end to oppression and a return to peace,” Mujahid continued, addressing regional tensions.

The caretaker Government’s spokesperson reported an increase in the number of Afghan migrants returning from Iran, saying: “The return of migrants from Iran is increasing, and as a government, we are fully prepared to manage this situation and address the needs of returnees.”
