US F-18 Fighter Jet Crashes in Virginia

DID Press: A U.S. Navy F-18 Super Hornet fighter jet crashed off the coast of Virginia.

U.S. officials announced Wednesday that the pilot of the fighter jet has been taken to a hospital for medical evaluation.

The wreckage of the jet has not yet been recovered from the sea, and the cause of the crash is still unknown.

According to reports, this is the sixth U.S. Navy F-18 fighter jet to crash in the past 10 months.
