Afghanistan Plays Key Role in Pakistan-Russia Transit Route

DID Press: Russia’s Ministry of Transport announced that a trial train will run in October from Karachi in southern Pakistan to Moscow and Minsk, with part of the route passing through Afghanistan via transit road.

Russian officials said the initiative aims to expand transit cooperation and establish alternative transport routes connecting South Asia, Central Asia, and Russia.
