Afghanistan U-23 Football Team Faces Myanmar Today

DID Press: Afghanistan’s under-23 national football team is set to play against Myanmar on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. local time in the Asian Cup qualifying matches.

The Afghanistan Football Federation announced that the U-23 team will take on the host nation in Yangon, Myanmar’s capital, as part of the Asian Cup qualifiers.

According to the federation, the team held its final training session in Yangon under head coach Ilyas Ahmad Manouchehr ahead of the match.

Following two consecutive defeats against stronger teams Japan and Kuwait, the upcoming match is particularly crucial for Afghanistan’s U-23 squad, which aims to deliver a stronger performance and achieve better results.
