DID Press: Over the past three days, Israel has carried out attacks in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia, Qatar, and Yemen.

On Tuesday, Israel carried out a targeted airstrike on a Hamas leadership complex in Doha, Qatar. The attack killed six people, including the son of Khaled al-Hayya, a senior Hamas leader, al-Hayya’s chief of staff, three personal bodyguards, and a Qatari security officer. Reports indicate that top Hamas leaders survived the strike.
The airstrike is part of a broader wave of Israeli operations beyond its immediate borders, marking the sixth country targeted in just 72 hours and the seventh since the start of the year.
Earlier on Monday, at 1 p.m. local time (10 a.m. GMT), Israeli jets bombed areas in Baalbek and Hermel in eastern Lebanon, killing at least five people. These attacks constitute the latest violation of a ceasefire agreement signed in November.
According to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Israeli aircraft targeted multiple locations in Syria on Monday night, including a Syrian army airbase in Homs and a military barracks near Latakia. Since the fall of former President Bashar al-Assad in December 2024, Israel has carried out hundreds of strikes on military sites and infrastructure across Syria.
On Monday night, the main vessel of the Global Steadfast Fleet (GSF), named Family Boat, was targeted by a suspected Israeli drone in the port of Sidi Bou Said, Tunisia, causing a fire. The 23-meter vessel, sailing under the Portuguese flag and carrying the convoy’s steering committee, had six crew members onboard. GSF reported that the fire, which damaged the main deck and storage areas, was quickly extinguished and all crew and activists were unharmed.
On Wednesday, Israel conducted an airstrike on Sanaa, Yemen, targeting Houthi positions. The strike hit Sanaa International Airport, marking the second attack on the site in a month. Israel had previously struck the airport on May 6, damaging the terminal building and severely impacting the runway.
Meanwhile, Israeli attacks continue in Gaza, causing significant civilian casualties. Since the start of Israel’s war against Gaza in October 2023, at least 64,656 people have been killed, including at least 404 from starvation. Thousands more remain missing under rubble who are presumed dead.
