Ansarullah: New Weapons Deployed in Battle
DID Press: A member of political office of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement announced that the group has deployed new weapons in its conflict with the Israeli regime. He said recent threats by Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz have not intimidated the movement but have instead prompted a strong response.

Hizam Al-Assad, speaking to Al Jazeera, referred to Katz’s recent threats against Ansarullah leaders, saying they reflect a sense of failure among Israeli officials. “We are not afraid of the occupiers’ threats; to Katz we say, hell awaits you,” he added.
Al-Assad emphasized that Ansarullah has introduced new weaponry to the battlefield and is preparing for “surprise actions” against the Israeli military. He reaffirmed the movement’s positions in support of the resistance in Gaza, “until the war ends and the siege is lifted.”
He dismissed Katz’s threats to raise the Israeli flag over Sanaa as “ridiculous,” calling such claims unlikely. He also highlighted recent attacks from Yemen, including strikes on Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) port in southern Israeli-occupied territory, and said that operations against Israel-linked targets and vessels in the Red Sea will continue to escalate.
Yemeni armed forces have repeatedly said that they will continue attacks as long as Israel’s military operations against Gaza persist and the blockade of the territory remains in place. International reactions to these threats and regional attacks are ongoing.
