104th Aid Shipment from Herat Moneychangers Union Reaches Gaza

DID Press: Herat Moneychangers Union has sent the 104th phase of its humanitarian aid to the people of Palestine, delivering $5,000 to Gaza.

Continuing public support for Palestine, this 104th aid package, valued at $5,000, was collected by charitable and religious Afghanistan citizens and delivered to Palestinians in need.

Mufti Amir Mohammad Khadem, responsible for coordinating and sending the aid, emphasized that “in the current circumstances, it is the duty of every Muslim to stand with the people of Palestine. Assisting the oppressed in Gaza is not only a humanitarian act but also a religious obligation in today’s situation.”

According to Khadem, since the beginning of Gaza crisis, Herat Moneychangers Union has sent more than 100 cash and in-kind aid shipments to the region.

The initiative forms part of an ongoing effort to support the besieged Palestinian population.
