Thousands of Israelis Urge Netanyahu to Accept Trump’s Truce Deal
DID Press: Thousands of protesters took to the streets across Israel on Saturday night, demanding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accept a U.S.-brokered ceasefire and prisoner exchange proposal advanced by President Donald Trump and reportedly approved by Hamas.

According to Haaretz, demonstrations were held in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and several other cities, where families of Israeli hostages joined the crowds in chanting slogans against Netanyahu, accusing his government of endangering the captives’ lives through delay and indecision.
Einav Zangauker, the mother of Matan, who remains held by Hamas, warned Netanyahu during the rally: “If you return from the U.S. without an agreement, what awaits you will be a hell you cannot imagine.”
Protesters demanded that the Israeli government swiftly approve the proposed agreement to pave the way for the release of captives and an end to the ongoing bloodshed in Gaza.
