India Warns Pakistan: ‘Sundor 2.0’ Will Be More Deadly

DID Press: India’s Western Army commander, General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, warned that any new terrorist attack linked to Pakistan would be met with a far more lethal response under an operation dubbed “Sundor 2.0.”

Speaking to reporters, Katiyar said Islamabad lacked the capacity for direct conventional warfare with India but could again resort to acts of terrorism similar to the Pahalgam incident. “The response we will deliver this time will be deadlier than before. There is no doubt about that,” he said. “Operation Sundor 2.0 will be carried out with greater force and resolve.”

The general accused Pakistan of pursuing a long-standing strategy of bleeding India through repeated low-intensity attacks, saying such tactics would continue so long as Islamabad’s approach did not change. “Pakistan does not dare face us directly and will likely turn to terrorism again. Until their mindset changes, these provocations will persist,” he added.

Katiyar said Indian forces were at the highest level of readiness and pledged swift and crushing retaliation to any attempt by Pakistan to foment unrest in Kashmir or along other border areas.
