Knife Attack on London–Cambridge Train Leaves 10 Injured

DID Press: knife attack aboard a London–Cambridge train on Saturday evening left ten people hospitalized, with the condition of nine reported as critical.

According to British Transport Police, armed officers stopped the train at Huntingdon station after receiving emergency reports and arrested two men in connection with the incident.

Authorities declared the event a “major incident,” and counter-terrorism officers joined the investigation to determine the motive and full details of the attack.

Following the incident, the national emergency response level known as “Plato,” used for potential terrorist attacks, was briefly activated and later lifted.

Police have urged members of the public who may have information or footage of the scene to come forward and assist with the investigation.
