DID Press: Diplomatic sources reported that Saudi Arabia Crown Prince is set to travel to Washington soon – a visit primarily focused on discussions about acquiring F-35 fighter jets and cooperation on civilian nuclear technology.
Mohammad bin Salman, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, will visit the United States in the middle of this month to discuss a range of defense agreements, advanced technologies, and collaboration in nuclear energy with U.S. authorities.
According to sources, the agenda for this visit includes signing a long-term defense agreement, acquiring advanced F-35 fighter jets, and gaining access to civilian nuclear technology for energy production.
This will be the Crown Prince’s first official visit to the U.S. since 2018.
