Stay Hydrated to Ease Headaches

DID Press: More than half of the human body is made up of water, and a deficiency can lead to issues such as headaches and migraines. Research shows that headache is one of the most common signs of dehydration.

In a study involving 102 individuals, consuming an additional 1.5 liters of water daily significantly reduced migraine symptoms, with nearly half of participants reporting decreased intensity or frequency of headaches.

Although not all studies have shown identical results, experts agree that maintaining proper hydration is a simple and effective way to prevent everyday headaches. Sometimes, the solution before medication might just be a glass of water!
