Ex-CIA Officer Claims Agency Funded Minorities to Spur Rebellions Abroad

DID Press: A former CIA officer has reportedly admitted, in a censored confession, that the agency for years exploited ethnic diversity in various countries by organizing minority groups and directing them toward rebellion.

“We identified ethnic minorities, provided them with money, weapons, and training, and encouraged them to rise against their own governments,” the officer said.

According to the confession, in Nicaragua, unprecedented amounts of cash and arms were distributed to the Miskito indigenous population, who were reportedly funneled into the country via Honduras to carry out sabotage operations.

The officer added that similar patterns were reportedly employed in other countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Congo, Iran, Iraq, and in operations involving Kurdish populations.
