Florida Officials Designate 2 Islamic Organizations as Terrorist Groups
DID Press: Authorities in US state of Florida have officially designated the (Ikhwan‑ul‑Muslimin) and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as terrorist organizations.

State officials have directed all Florida institutions to take legal measures to prevent any activities associated with the two organizations. Government agencies have also been warned that any support or cooperation could result in the suspension of state resources and benefits.
This move comes days after former President Donald Trump signed an executive order identifying certain branches of the (Ikhwan‑ul‑Muslimin) as “foreign terrorist organizations.”
The executive order states: “This directive initiates a process under which specific branches or subsidiaries of the (Ikhwan‑ul‑Muslimin) may be recognized as foreign terrorist organizations,” explicitly citing branches operating in Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan.
