Investors Exempted 20-year Tax in Dogharoon Free Trade Zone
DID Press: Iranian Authorities in Dogharoon Free Trade and Industrial Zone announced a 20-year tax exemption for both domestic and foreign investors.

Hassan Nourizadeh, Iran’s Deputy for Economic Development of the Dogharoon Free Trade and Industrial Zone, said investors operating in commercial, industrial, and service sectors within the zone will be exempt from paying taxes for 20 years.The aim of this measure is to attract investment, create job opportunities, and stimulate economic activity, Iranian officials explained.
They emphasized that the zone’s geographic location near Afghanistan border offers a strategic advantage for expanding trade and enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.According to the authorities, providing incentives such as tax exemptions can encourage broader investor participation, increase trade volume, and play a significant role in strengthening regional economic ties.
