Over 22,000 Tons of Fresh Fruit Exported from Herat in 9 Months

DID Press: Herat province has seen a significant increase in fresh fruit exports over the past nine months.

Local authorities reported that more than 22,000 tons of fresh fruit, valued at over $16 million, have been exported from the province during this period. The exported fruits include a variety of agricultural products sent to multiple foreign markets, contributing substantially to local economic growth and farmers’ income.

The Herat provincial administration emphasized that the region has high production and export potential and that the volume of exports is expected to grow further with additional support and facilities.
