Thousands of Indian Labor Delegates Protest US Actions in Venezuela
DID Press: Thousands of delegates attending the 18th National Workers’ Conference in Visakhapatnam, India, staged protests against what they described as the illegal actions of the United States in Venezuela, passing a resolution condemning Washington’s intervention.

Participants chanted slogans denouncing the U.S. and labeled the military operation and interference in Venezuela as “illegal and imperialist,” calling for an immediate halt to such interventions. They emphasized that respect for national sovereignty and international law should be a global priority.
The protests occurred as the Indian government advised its citizens to avoid non-essential travel to Venezuela and exercise caution if present in the country, amid rising tensions. The demonstration is part of broader international reactions, with governments and political leaders worldwide describing the U.S. actions as a “threat to global peace.”
