Taliban: threats, interference in Afghanistan affairs unacceptable
DID Press: Taliban have sharply criticized recent remarks by a Pakistani military spokesperson on Afghanistan’s political and social structure, calling them baseless and irresponsible.

Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Taliban administration, said in a post on X that the comments were “groundless” and inconsistent with the standards expected of a responsible military. He urged Pakistani officials to focus on addressing their own domestic challenges instead of making what he described as “illogical” allegations against Afghanistan.
Mujahid said Afghanistan has a strong security structure and stable leadership, adding that “any interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs or the use of threatening language against our people is unacceptable.”
He also called on relevant Pakistani institutions to adopt measured positions and act responsibly, citing the sensitivity of relations between the two neighbouring countries.
