Iran’s supreme leader Warns US: Any Attack to Ignite Regional War

DID Press: Commenting on the recent “coup-like” nature of the protests to a large gathering of people, Ayatollah Sayed Ali Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, underlined these movements were neutralized through the vigilance of the nation and the presence of revolutionary forces.

He described the goal of the agitators as an attempt to target Iran’s vital centers, equating their actions to a form of coup d’état.

In his speech, Ayatollah Khamenei also issued a stern warning regarding repeated threats from U.S. officials and their military displays, asserting that while Iran is not the instigator of any conflict, the country will deliver a strong and decisive response to any aggression.

He further stressed that, contrary to Washington’s expectations, any potential U.S. attack would not result in a limited engagement, but would instead escalate into a widespread, uncontrollable war that could engulf the entire region.
