Taliban: Iran’s Response to US Threats Should Be Bloody and Deadly

DID Press: In a recent analysis from a channel close to the Taliban intelligence, it has suggested that Iran’s response to potential threats and actions from the United States should be “ deadly and bloodied.”

As tensions rise between Iran and the U.S., the Taliban-linked channel analyzed the current situation and emphasized that Iran must show stronger reactions to U.S. threats and potential actions.

The analysis argued that if Tehran responds to U.S. provocations symbolically, it would not only diminish Iran’s strength in the face of American threats but also fail to alter the strategic dynamics of the region.

“The U.S. is well aware that Iran is a complex and powerful adversary with significant military assets. Therefore, the U.S. is acting gradually and cautiously to avoid direct confrontation,” the note highlighted.

This analysis, stressing a deterrence approach, argues that only actions that carry significant costs for the U.S. can change the current equations. According to this view, Iran should react in a way that makes Washington take the potential consequences seriously and fear the repercussions.
