Herat Governor Stresses Social Justice in Meeting with Shiite Elders and Entrepreneurs

According to a statement issued by the Herat Provincial Press Office on Wednesday, February 4, the elders and business leaders expressed satisfaction with the government’s focus on nationwide security, equal application of the law, and the creation of a secure environment for investment in the country.

The statement highlighted that Governor Islam Jar reiterated the government’s primary goal of implementing Islamic law and serving the people while ensuring social justice for all segments of society.

Jar also assured the attendees that the Governor’s office in Herat remains open to all citizens, with a strong focus on addressing public grievances and improving the livelihoods of the people as a top priority for the local administration.
