French Ex-Culture Minister Resigns Amid Epstein Scandal
DID Press: Jack Lang, former French Minister of Culture, resigned on Saturday from his position as President of the Arab World Institute (IMA) in Paris following revelations of his connections with convicted U.S. sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

According to Agence France-Presse (AFP), Lang submitted his resignation in a letter addressed to the French Foreign Minister. He had led the Arab World Institute since 2013.
Lang’s name resurfaced after the release of private messages from Jeffrey Epstein, which implicated several prominent political and cultural figures in ties with the New York financier accused of sexually abusing minors.
Currently, Lang is considered the most high-profile public figure in France linked to this highly controversial case.
The Jeffrey Epstein case has become one of the largest international ethical scandals in recent years, and its political and social repercussions continue to unfold.
