DID Press: Foreign ministers of eight Islamic countries issued a joint statement strongly condemning Israel’s illegal actions in the West Bank and its efforts to consolidate settlements and displace Palestinians.

The ministers from Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Indonesia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar highlighted human rights violations in the occupied territories, asserting that Israel holds no sovereignty over Palestinian lands. All settlement expansion and forced displacements were labeled unlawful.
The statement criticized Israel’s attempts to impose new legal realities in the West Bank, describing these measures as steps to illegally annex Palestinian territories.
The countries urged the international community not to remain silent and to take concrete measures to halt human rights violations in Palestine.
The statement stressed that only peaceful solutions based on international law—ending occupation and respecting Palestinian rights—can achieve lasting stability in the region.
