Taliban Warn Pakistan: “Desecrated Qurans Will Not Go Unanswered”

DID Press: Akif Muhajir, spokesperson for the Taliban’s Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, warned Pakistan following Saturday night’s airstrikes on Afghan territory, saying that the “torn copies of the Quran in the Barmal madrasa will not go unanswered.”

In a message posted on X (formerly Twitter), he added that a country unable to ensure its own security should not blame others, emphasizing that “this situation will end very badly for Pakistan.
