DID Press: brigades of Kataib Hezbollah have issued a statement calling on their forces to prepare for a “long war of attrition,” while also warning the United States and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
In the statement, the group said its fighters must be ready for a prolonged conflict that could extend beyond U.S. expectations.
It further warned that if the United States ignites a broader regional confrontation, it would face heavy losses that could neither be contained nor compensated.
The group also cautioned the Kurdistan Regional Government against cooperating with what it described as hostile foreign forces, emphasizing that such actions could impose serious security burdens and dangerous consequences for the region’s future.
