Reports of Airstrike on Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan
DID Press: Local sources in Parwan Province have reported an airstrike on Bagram Air Base, with some unverified claims suggesting the attack may have been carried out by Pakistani fighter jets.

Witnesses said several explosions were heard around the base, and smoke was seen rising from parts of the compound. The installation lies near the town of Bagram in Parwan Province.
According to preliminary information, the base was reportedly empty at the time of the strike and no active military operations were underway there. Initial reports indicate that several buildings and facilities inside the base, as well as areas in the surrounding vicinity, sustained damage.
No casualties have been reported so far.
Some unofficial sources have claimed that the strike was conducted by aircraft from Pakistan, although the allegation has not been independently verified.
Despite the circulating reports, officials from Pakistan and authorities of the interim government in Afghanistan have not yet issued any official statement regarding the incident.
Further details about the attacker, the type of aircraft involved, and the full extent of the damage remain unclear.
