Taliban Health Minister Calls for Improved Cancer Care Services in Kabul

DID Press: Nour Jalal Jalali, Taliban Health Minister, visited the National Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Hospital in Kabul, emphasizing the improvement of healthcare services for patients.

The Ministry of Public Health said Jalali toured the hospital to assess service quality and acknowledge staff efforts, meeting with administrators and doctors to discuss the current provision of care, available facilities, and challenges ahead.

He offered recommendations to enhance patient care and also visited wards to check on patients’ conditions firsthand, stressing the importance of accessible, standard, and consistent healthcare services for citizens.
