Uzbekistan Lifts Tariffs on 14 Afghan Goods to Boost Trade
DID Press: Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a preferential trade agreement with Afghanistan, removing customs tariffs on 14 key Afghan products.

The deal also includes phytosanitary facilitation for Afghan agricultural goods and broader support for exporters. Officials say the move aims to expand trade, increase exports, and strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries.
A joint meeting in Kabul is scheduled after Ramadan to explore further growth in bilateral trade and economic relations.
