DID Press: Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani called for an immediate halt to the ongoing conflict, stating during a joint press conference that “this war must stop immediately” and warning of its escalating consequences for the region.
Speaking alongside him, Hakan Fidan said Israel bears primary responsibility for the war and growing instability in the Middle East, accusing it of driving the escalation.
Fidan warned that continued fighting threatens not only regional security but also global stability, urging the international community to take decisive steps to halt the violence and prevent further escalation.
Qatar’s prime minister also emphasized the need for renewed dialogue and political solutions, highlighting the severe humanitarian toll of the conflict and the urgent need for coordinated international action to ease civilian suffering.
The remarks come amid intensifying U.S. and Israeli military activity in the region, as diplomatic efforts continue to contain the crisis.
