DID Press: American news network CNN reports that in recent weeks, Donald Trump has made extensive requests to European allies, including the use of military bases, potential relocation of missile defense systems, and increased support for U.S. military actions against Iran.
According to the report, European responses have mostly been cautious and limited. While offering some defensive support, they repeatedly emphasized the need to reduce regional tensions.
CNN notes that over time, these requests have increasingly encountered outright opposition from allies, and in some cases have been met with a firm “no.”
