Democrats Introduce 13-Point Plan to Remove Trump in US Congress

DID Press: Lawmakers from Democratic Party in US House of Representatives have introduced a 13-point proposal to impeach and remove Donald Trump, accusing him of serious offenses, including “high crimes and misconduct.”

According to the proposal, Democrats have charged the former U.S. president with actions such as initiating war, ordering assassinations, committing war crimes, and violating international law. These allegations come at a time when political tensions in Washington, D.C. remain high.

The sponsors of the measure stated that Trump’s actions have not only endangered U.S. national security but also contributed to instability at regional and international levels. They emphasized that pursuing impeachment is part of Congress’s constitutional duty to hold senior officials accountable.

Meanwhile, some of Trump’s political allies have described the move as “political and partisan,” arguing that it represents an attempt to weaken his standing in American politics.

The proposal must proceed through formal legal steps, including review and voting in the House of Representatives before being sent to the United States Senate, where the final decision on conviction or acquittal will be made.
