Floods in Afghanistan Kill 132, Injure 192 Over 12 Days

DID Press: Taliban government authorities reported that heavy rains, flash floods, landslides, and lightning over the past 12 days have claimed at least 132 lives and left 192 others injured.

The Taliban Ministry for Disaster Management stated that in the past 24 hours alone, 11 people have died and six others were injured.

Additionally, seven individuals are reported missing, indicating that the crisis continues across multiple provinces in the country.
