DID Press: Hanfi Wardak, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration at the Taliban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, described the recent U.S. withdrawal and the declaration of a ceasefire between Iran and United States as “a major victory for Iran.”
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Wardak emphasized that the ceasefire was based on Iran’s ten-point plan, highlighting Tehran’s success in shaping the negotiation framework according to its national interests.
He congratulated the Iranian people on this achievement, calling it a testament to Iran’s diplomatic acumen and ability to safeguard its national interests.
