The Foreign Ministry spokesperson emphasized that continued military actions not only worsen the humanitarian situation in Lebanon but also severely undermine ongoing efforts to reduce tensions and establish lasting peace in the region.
Pakistan expressed deep concern over the rising violence and urged the international community and relevant organizations to take immediate, tangible, and effective action to halt the attacks.
The statement also stressed the need to protect civilians and ensure all parties adhere to international humanitarian law.
Pakistan reaffirmed its principled stance in favor of peace, dialogue, and diplomatic solutions, calling for an immediate end to the violence and a return to negotiations.
