DID Press: A Pakistani diplomatic source has reported renewed and serious efforts in Islamabad to organize direct negotiations between delegations from United States and Iran.
The source told Al Jazeera that consultations are ongoing to ensure that a face-to-face meeting between the two delegations can take place.
According to the same source, if direct negotiations cannot be arranged, the discussions will proceed in an indirect format, likely within the framework of a one-day diplomatic session.
