Addressing a ceremony held Saturday for distributing a thousand apartments to the Afghan security and defense forces in Kabul, M. Ashraf Ghani said that the new president will take oath within three weeks.
“The election commissions are responsible for announcing the elections results,” Mr Ghani added.

The preliminary results of the Afghan presidential elections are expected to be announced on 19 October 2019 and the final results in November.
