Over 1,000 EU Employees Urge Suspension of Diplomatic Relations with Israel
DID Press: More than 1,000 employees of various EU institutions, in an open letter, demanded the suspension of diplomatic relations between the EU and the Israeli regime, as well as imposing financial sanctions on it.

The move comes in response to the ongoing war and widespread destruction in Gaza. The signatories of the letter have described the EU’s current policies towards Israel as being in conflict with human rights values and principles of international law.
The letter also emphasizes the need for Israel to be held accountable for its actions against Palestinian civilians, urging European officials to refrain from cooperating with this “apartheid regime.”
