Inauguration of Trade Township in Kabul: Step Toward Attracting Returning Investors

DID Press: On Tuesday, a new trade township was inaugurated in the Lataband area of Kabul, aimed at attracting investors returning from abroad and creating job opportunities.

The project, described as a sign of “improved security and economic growth,” will serve as a hub for processing and packaging goods imported from Europe and other countries.

According to officials, efforts underway to facilitate the transfer of Afghanistani traders’ capital from neighboring countries. The township is expected to generate hundreds of direct and indirect job opportunities.

Experts consider this step as a key factor in reducing unemployment and poverty in the country.
