DID Press: Qatar’s PM and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met with commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) on Thursday, following an Israeli airstrike targeting Hamas leaders in Doha.
Sources said the officials discussed strengthening strategic ties between Doha and Washington, particularly in military and defense cooperation.
The meeting comes amid heightened security concerns in Qatar after Tuesday’s strike, which has raised regional diplomatic and security anxieties.
