Taliban Urge Unified Islamic Response to Israeli Aggression

DID Press: Afghanistan’s Taliban administration has condemned Israel’s recent strike on Qatari territory as a violation of international law and called on Muslim nations to adopt a united stance against what it described as “aggressive actions” by Israel.

In a phone conversation with Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi voiced Afghanistan’s full support for Doha. He described the attack as a blatant breach of international norms and an attempt to destabilize peace efforts in the region.

Muttaqi emphasized the need for a firm and collective reaction from Islamic countries, urging practical solidarity in defense of sovereignty and territorial integrity across the Muslim world.

For his part, Qatar’s minister thanked the Taliban administration for its position, calling it a sign of the fraternal ties between the two nations.

The exchange comes as tensions in West Asia escalate following recent Israeli actions, with several Muslim-majority states pressing for a coordinated response.
