Breshna: Regular Power Supply Top Priority
DID Press: Afghanistan’s power company (Breshna) announced that improving regular electricity distribution, responding promptly to customer complaints, and restructuring the power network are top priorities for the coming months.

The statement followed a working session between Breshna’s CEO, junction supervisors, and Kabul office officials. The meeting reviewed strategies to enhance field operations, restructure power networks, and improve service quality.
“We are committed to ensuring regular electricity distribution and addressing every customer complaint. Effective oversight, timely responses, and technical capacity utilization are central to our actions,” said Breshna’s CEO.
He added that efforts to reduce power outages, stabilize distribution networks, and strengthen technical teams are being pursued seriously.
Recently, Kabul residents and other cities have repeatedly expressed concerns over frequent power cuts and delays in addressing electricity issues. Breshna says it is now implementing new monitoring and management programs to provide practical solutions to these concerns.
