Taliban Condemns US Drone Flights Over Afghanistan
DID Press: Taliban government criticized the continued flights of U.S. drones over Afghanistan, saying the operations, conducted without coordination, violate the country’s airspace and create public anxiety and mistrust.

Zabiullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Taliban government, said that American drones continue to be observed in parts of Afghanistan airspace, disrupting the psychological security of citizens.
The drones enter Afghanistan skies through certain regional countries, and their persistent presence demonstrates U.S. disregard for international norms, he added.
Mujahid said Afghanistan citizens have reacted negatively to these aerial operations, and the Taliban have formally protested the flights during diplomatic meetings with various countries.
He emphasized that the group demands an immediate halt to uncoordinated U.S. drone operations and regards their continuation as direct interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.
Mujahid also called on Western nations to revise their past policies and engage with Afghanistan based on the new realities on the ground.
