Taliban, Pakistani Delegations Travel to Saudi Arabia
DID Press: Reliable sources told media outlets that a high-level delegation from the Taliban government arrived in Saudi Arabia.

The delegation, led by senior Taliban figure Anas Haqqani, along with Rahmatullah Najib, deputy interior minister, and Abdul Qahar Balkhi, spokesperson for the foreign ministry, landed in Riyadh.
According to the sources, a Pakistani delegation has also traveled to Saudi Arabia, with Riyadh assuming a mediating role between Kabul and Islamabad.
Saudi Arabia’s mediation comes as talks between the two sides halted after talks in Qatar and Turkey.
Although details of the agenda have not yet been released, the primary objective of the discussions is reportedly to ease recent tensions between the two countries and establish a framework for direct dialogue.
