Israeli Raids Trigger New Wave of Arrests in West Bank

DID Press: Israeli forces conducted simultaneous raids on several West Bank towns early Saturday, triggering a new wave of arrests. A Palestinian man, his wife, and their son, along with several others, were detained in Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah.

Last night, Israeli troops also raided Badu, northwest of Jerusalem, arresting groups of men and youths.

During these operations, Israeli forces were deployed across multiple West Bank areas, using live ammunition and tear gas.

Local sources reported that the raids extended to Madma village south of Nablus, where a 20-day-old infant suffered breathing difficulties from tear gas and was taken to a hospital after initial treatment by the Palestinian Red Crescent.
