Taliban Blames Pakistan for Deadly ISIS Attack in Islamabad

DID Press: Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid blamed Pakistan for a recent deadly attack by Islamic State targeting Shiite worshippers in Islamabad, describing the incident as the outcome of Islamabad’s alleged “support and nurturing” of the group.

Criticizing Pakistan’s policies toward ISIS, Mujahid said that what he called a policy of fostering the group would harm both the people of Pakistan and Afghanistan, warning that the continuation of such an approach would further undermine regional security.
